Lukas Zelarayan scores a stunning goal in the Argentine league (video)

Armenia national team midfielder Lukas Zelarayan netted a spectacular goal in the first round of the Argentine Clausura. His team Belgrano claimed an emphatic 3–0 away win against Huracán.

Belgrano’s captain scored the second goal of the match with a long-range strike that left the goalkeeper helpless. It was Zelarayan’s first goal since returning to the Argentine club in early 2025. During the Apertura, he registered two assists but had yet to score.

Interestingly, Lukas's nephew — young midfielder Gonzalo Zelarayan — remained on the bench for this match.

Another Armenia national team player, forward Norberto Briasco Balekian, also featured in the Clausura opener. He came on as a substitute for Gimnasia in their match against Instituto.
