FC Van, playing with ten men since the 5th minute, defeated Gandzasar 2-0 in Matchday 25 of the Armenian Premier League.
The first goal came in the 39th minute from team captain Karen Nalbandyan, who scored a stunning free-kick. It was the 6th goal of the season for the 22-year-old midfielder.
The second goal was netted in stoppage time by defender Davit Terteryan, who launched a solo counterattack and slotted the ball between the goalkeeper's legs.
