Karen Khachanov knocks out world No. 5 in Beijing ATP 500 opener

Russian tennis player of Armenian descent Karen Khachanov has advanced to the second round of the China Open.
In his opening match, Khachanov defeated Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, ranked fifth in the world, 6-3, 6-3 in just 1 hour and 13 minutes.
Khachanov converted three of his four break points and did not allow his opponent a single opportunity to break his serve.
Karen will next face the winner of the match between Alex Molcan and Arthur Rinderknech.
Earlier this year, Khachanov had already defeated Auger-Aliassime at the US Open.
