All Finalists of the 2025 Karate World Championships Announced

On November 29 in Cairo (Egypt), the third day of the 2025 WKF Karate World Championships took place, bringing together 32 of the world’s top-ranked athletes in each weight category.
All quarterfinal and semifinal bouts in every weight class were held on this day. As a result, all the finalists of the tournament have been determined, and the finals will take place on November 30.
On the Armenian national team, Suren Arutyunyan (75 kg) earned a chance to compete for a bronze medal. In the semifinal, he lost to Egypt’s Abdallah Madouh Abdelaziz with a score of 2:4, but kept his chance to win a medal and will fight for bronze tomorrow, November 30, against American athlete Scott Thomas.
