The top scorer of the Armenian Premier League may continue his career in Algeria. JSK Time reports that JS Kabylie is in negotiations to sign Urartu striker Ivan Ignatyev.
The initiator of the talks is the team's head coach Josef Zinnbauer, who previously coached Ignatyev at Lokomotiv Moscow.
In the current Armenian league season, Ignatyev has scored 13 goals and provided 3 assists. He was not seen in the team’s last friendly match in Qatar.
A Krasnodar academy graduate, Ignatyev joined Urartu at the beginning of the season and has a contract valid until the summer of 2025.
