Results of the first day of the wrestling tournament at the 2026 Asian Games

Wrestling competitions at the 2026 Asian Games got underway in Nagoya, Japan, on September 30.

On the first day of competition, medals were awarded in three Greco-Roman wrestling weight categories — 67 kg, 87 kg and 130 kg — as well as in the women’s 68 kg category.

Japan won two gold medals, while representatives of Uzbekistan and Iran claimed one gold each.
