Colombian midfielder Juan Balanta has signed a contract with Ararat-Armenia. The 28-year-old moved to the Armenian club from Portuguese side Torrense, where he played in the second division and even wore the captain's armband.
Last season, Balanta played 34 matches, scored 4 goals, and provided 2 assists. He operates as a central midfielder and is known for his work rate and leadership qualities.
