Henrikh Mkhitaryan to visit Pyunik sports school

On June 19, the greatest footballer in the history of Armenian football, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, will pay an official visit to the Pyunik sports school.

The visit will take place as part of a specially organized closed event. A special program dedicated to the career and football journey of the former Armenia national team captain has been prepared for the academy’s young players throughout the day.

One part of the event will be the screening of a short film about Mkhitaryan. A meeting between the footballer and the young players of the Pyunik academy is also planned. During the meeting, he will speak with the academy’s students and share stories about his life, professional journey and experience of playing at the highest level.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is the most decorated Armenian footballer in history. During his career, he has played for leading European clubs, including Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, Arsenal, Roma and Inter Milan. For many years, Mkhitaryan was the leader and captain of the Armenia national team.

The meeting with Pyunik’s academy players will be an important event for the young footballers, who will have the opportunity to speak with one of the main symbols of Armenian football.
