Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been included among the nominees for the club’s Player of the Month award for May.
The 37-year-old Armenian footballer continues to perform at a high level for the Nerazzurri. In May, Mkhitaryan took part in five matches for Inter and scored two goals, once again underlining his important role in the team.
Mkhitaryan is joined on the shortlist by several other key Inter players. Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, French forward Marcus Thuram and Croatian midfielder Petar Sucic are also in contention for the monthly award.

For Mkhitaryan, this nomination is another recognition of his consistency and professionalism. Despite his age, the former captain of the Armenian national team remains an important player for Inter, both in attacking actions and in organizing the game in midfield.
It was previously reported that Inter’s management is satisfied with Mkhitaryan’s physical condition and performances. The Milan club is considering extending the Armenian midfielder’s contract for one more season.
Mkhitaryan has been playing for Inter since 2022 and has become one of the most experienced and reliable players in the squad. His contribution to the club’s success remains significant, and this latest nomination confirms that the Armenian footballer continues to compete at a high level.
