A symbolic meeting took place in Yerevan during the summer vacation of Inter Milan midfielder and Armenian football legend Henrikh Mkhitaryan. After the conclusion of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, where he represented the Italian giants, Mkhitaryan chose to spend his holidays in his homeland.
In the Armenian capital, the star footballer met with representatives of the new generation — Armenia U21 and BKMA Yerevan players Narek Hovhannisyan and Petik Manukyan. Both young players are considered among the most promising Armenian talents of their age group and have already made their mark on the international stage.
The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Such gestures from top Armenian footballers strengthen the bond between generations and inspire young players to reach new heights.

18-year-old winger Narek Hovhannisyan had an excellent season with BKMA, making 30 appearances in the Premier League, scoring 5 goals and providing 6 assists.
19-year-old Petik Manukyan was also a regular starter for BKMA last season. In addition to playing for Armenia's U21 team, the young defender has also been called up to the senior national team.
