Gandzasar Secures First Win of the Season by Defeating Shirak

In Matchday 31 of the Armenian football championship, Gandzasar claimed its long-awaited first victory of the current season. The team, currently at the bottom of the league table, defeated Shirak 1–0 away from home.

The only and winning goal was scored by Bertrand Mani in the first half. The course of the game changed significantly in the 35th minute, when Shirak was reduced to ten men following the dismissal of Sergey Urushanyan.

Thanks to this victory, Gandzasar now has 9 points. Additionally, the club was awarded three points for an unplayed match against West Armenia, which had earlier been expelled from the championship.
