The Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the State of Kuwait took part in the charitable initiative “Football for Humanity,” aimed at supporting Palestinian children. As part of the event, an official Inter Milan match kit signed by former Armenian national team midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was donated for a charity auction.

The event was organized under the patronage of Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, in cooperation with several UN-affiliated institutions and diplomatic missions accredited in Kuwait.
Within the framework of the initiative, a children's football tournament was held with the participation of more than 400 young players aged 8 to 12. The participants played friendly matches, expressing solidarity with the children of Palestine. In addition, spectators were presented with a demonstration match of the Kuwait women’s national team (U-17).
Armenia was represented at the tournament by the children’s team Homenetmen, which became one of the prize-winning teams.
