French referee team to officiate Ireland – Armenia match

The refereeing team has been appointed for the Matchday 4 encounter of Group F in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers between Ireland and Armenia. The game will take place on October 14 in Dublin and will kick off at 22:45 Yerevan time.

The match will be played with the use of the VAR system.

Assistant referees: Hicham Zakrani (France), Aurélien Berthomieu (France)

42-year-old Benoît Bastien is one of France’s most experienced referees. This season, he has officiated several Ligue 1 matches as well as a UEFA Champions League qualifying game between Slovakia’s Slovan and Kazakhstan’s Kairat.
