FC Noah strongly disagrees with the Armenian Football Federation's (FFA) proposal to increase the number of Armenian players in Premier League teams. The club believes that such a move will reduce the league's competitiveness and the overall level of player development.
According to Noah, artificially increasing the number of local players on the field will lower the quality of the game, weaken internal competition, and negatively impact Armenian clubs' chances in European tournaments. Instead, the club proposes a gradual increase in quotas rather than a sharp tightening of limits.
Noah also raises concerns about footballers' mandatory military service, advocating for a reform of the deferral system and allowing clubs to invest in the development of young players.
Regarding the league format, the club suggests an alternative system with playoffs to enhance the tournament's entertainment value and competition quality. Noah also supports the creation of a third professional league to foster young footballers' growth.
The club highlights that it has already invested over 2.5 billion drams in football infrastructure and continues to implement long-term projects. Noah looks forward to a productive dialogue with the FFA and other clubs to support the development of Armenian football.
