Armenia’s Final Squad for the Match Against Hungary Published

The Armenian national team has finalized its squad for today’s Matchday 5 of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against the national team of Hungary. Head coach Yeghishe Melikyan has 23 players at his disposal.

Initially, Melikyan’s list included 24 players, but Ugochukwu Iwu and Vahan Bichakhchyan will not be able to participate due to injuries. Gevorg Tarakhchyan was called up to replace Bichakhchyan. As a result, no players had to be left out of the final squad.
As for the opponent, the Hungarian national team arrived in Yerevan with an extended squad of 26 players. Defender Attila Mocsis, midfielder Bence Otwös, and forward Donát Barany remained outside the final list, as reported csakfoci.hu.
The Armenia–Hungary match will take place today, November 13, at the stadium in Yerevan. Kick-off is at 21:00 local time.
