Foreign referees to officiate Armenian Cup final between Urartu and Noah

The Football Federation of Armenia has decided to appoint a foreign refereeing team for the 2026 Armenian Cup final between Urartu and Noah.

According to the FFA Competitions Department, the decisive match of the tournament will take place on May 14. The names of the referees who will officiate the match will be announced later.

The Federation emphasized that it fully trusts Armenian referees and highly values their professional level. At the same time, the decision to invite foreign officials was made in line with international practice, as in a number of countries national cup finals are entrusted to refereeing teams from abroad.

The FFA also announced that the 2025/26 Fastex Premier League season will conclude on May 27.
