Lightweight Fedya Chobanyan (1-0) earned a victory in his professional MMA debut.

Chobanyan faced Kaylen Bishov (0-1) at UNF 35 in Commerce, California, and finished the fight early with a submission victory.

Before turning professional, Chobanyan enjoyed a successful run at the semi-professional level. He became a UNF champion and finished that stage of his career with a 7-1 record.

Following his first professional fight, Fedya Chobanyan’s record now stands at 1-0.
