Erik Israyelyan to Have His Second Professional Fight in Montreal

20-year-old Armenian boxer Erik Israyelyan (1-0, 1 KO) will step into the ring tonight, from Thursday to Friday (June 5-6), in Montreal (Canada) for his second professional bout. His opponent will be 28-year-old Canadian Alex Gagnon (0-2-1).
Israyelyan made his professional boxing debut on April 10, knocking out Richard Bernath in the same Montreal venue. Before turning professional, he competed successfully at the amateur level as part of the Armenian national team, becoming a world and European youth champion.
The fight will take place as part of a local boxing event. All bouts of the Montreal tournament (June 5):
