Eduard Spertsyan: “It is a great honor for me to become Armenia’s Footballer of the Year”

Armenia national team midfielder Eduard Spertsyan commented on receiving the “Armenia’s Footballer of the Year” award.

“It is a great honor for me to receive the title of Armenia’s Footballer of the Year. I sincerely thank everyone who voted, believed in me, and supported me along this journey. This year was not easy, but it is moments like these that shape us,” Spertsyan said.

The footballer also expressed special thanks to the Armenia national team, his teammates, and the coaching staff, noting that he is proud to represent the country on the international stage.

“Thank you to the fans for the support that can be felt even beyond the stadium. We keep working. Everything is just beginning,” he added.

In the voting for Footballer of the Year, Eduard Spertsyan finished ahead of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, while the other players did not receive any points.
