Dmitry Tikhiy has signed a contract with "Urartu"

The 32-year-old central defender Dmitry Tikhiy has moved to the Armenian team from the Russian Premier League club "Pari NN". Tikhiy spent the last 5 seasons in the Russian Premier League, also playing for "Khimki".

The Russian footballer started his career as a right-back, but in recent years, he has more often played as a central defender.

Dmitry Tikhiy became the fourth official signing for "Urartu" in the winter transfer window, following two Brazilians, Alef and Bruno Michel, as well as the Russian Maxim Paliyenko.
