Red Star Reach Serbian Cup Quarterfinals

Red Star confidently advanced to the Serbian Cup quarterfinals after defeating Budućnost Dobanovci 4–1 in the Round of 16.

The Belgrade side confirmed their favorite status from the opening minutes against the third-division opponent and controlled the match throughout. The standout performer was Bruno Duarte, who scored a brace. Jay Enem and Tomáš Handel also found the net.

The visitors managed to score once, but it had little impact on the overall flow of the game — Red Star comfortably secured the victory and booked their place in the quarterfinals.

Armenia national team defender Nair Tiknizyan came on as a substitute in the 66th minute and helped his team maintain their advantage in the closing stages.
