McDonald’s-Style Boots: Tigran Barseghyan Draws Attention Even Before the Season Starts

Slovakia’s top scorer Tigran Barseghyan is already in the spotlight ahead of the new season — thanks to his custom-made, McDonald’s-themed football boots.

The boots are a true work of art, featuring illustrations of his favorite fast-food items: burgers, nuggets, fries, and apple pies. On the heels are the names of his children.

The design was inspired by a quote from Slovan head coach Vladimir Weiss, who said in an interview that he can’t stop Barseghyan from eating fast food — “because that’s when he plays his best football.”

Last season, Barseghyan was not only the Slovak league’s top scorer with 20 goals but was also named the league’s best player. His team, Slovan, won the championship title.

The design was created by Swithadot Studios and will not be mass-produced. All McDonald’s trademarks belong to the McDonald’s Corporation.
