Montenegrin club Budućnost have parted ways with their head coach just two weeks before their UEFA Champions League qualifying clash with Armenian side Noah. The club dismissed 49-year-old Ivan Brnović, citing “deteriorated interpersonal relations within the club, coaching staff, and with the fans.”
Srdjan Nikic, previously part of Brnović’s coaching team, has been appointed interim head coach.
The first leg of the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round between Noah and Budućnost will take place on July 8 in Abovyan.
