Young talents Mark and Mike Gevorgyan, born in Germany, will take part in the June training camp and friendly match of the Armenian U21 national team, football insider Suren Meliksetyan reported.
Both players are twin brothers and are currently 19 years old. Midfielder Mike Gevorgyan is performing well for the second team of “1860 Munich” in the Oberliga, where he has scored 8 goals and provided 6 assists this season. He has also made his debut for the first team in the 3. Liga, appearing in two matches.
Wing-back Mark Gevorgyan, who represents “Hannover 96 II”, has only recently recovered from an injury and has not yet played a match this season. However, he previously gained experience playing for the German U17 national team, appearing in five matches.
Both players spent time at the Red Bull Salzburg academy, where Mark stayed longer.
