In the 24th round of the Armenian Premier League, BKMA crushed "West Armenia" 3:0 at home. The match took place at the Avan Academy Stadium in Yerevan.
The score was opened by BKMA’s 20-year-old forward Misak Hakobyan, who found the net in the 34th minute, capitalizing on a defensive mistake by the visitors.
The second half was a real setback for "West Armenia." In the 57th minute, their forward Suleiman Idris received a straight red card, leaving his team with ten men. Just two minutes later, the hosts doubled their lead when Davit Hakobyan confidently converted a penalty, making it 2:0.
In the 62nd minute, BKMA sealed their dominance. After an assist from the same Misak Hakobyan, Narek Hovhannisyan netted the third goal, extending the score to a decisive 3:0.
It is worth mentioning that BKMA also finished the match with ten men. In the 74th minute, defender Edik Vardanyan was sent off, but this did not affect the final outcome of the game.
With this victory, BKMA now has 25 points and sits in 6th place in the Armenian Premier League standings. "West Armenia" remains in 8th place with 20 points.
