Armenia national team defender Georgi Harutyunyan continues to receive consistent playing time with Hungarian side Puskás Akadémia.
The footballer started for the fourth match in a row and once again played the full 90 minutes. In the Matchday 32 fixture of the Hungarian league against Zalaegerszeg, Harutyunyan played as the right-sided centre-back in a three-man defensive line.
Puskás Akadémia earned a 3-1 victory, while the Armenian defender contributed effectively both in defence and attack. Harutyunyan registered one key pass, created one scoring chance and made one tackle.
With one round remaining in the season, Puskás Akadémia sit sixth in the standings and retain only theoretical chances of qualifying for European competitions. To do so, the team must win their final match, while also relying on Ferencváros to win the Hungarian Cup and on Zalaegerszeg and Paks to lose their respective games.
