On January 26, "Sheriff" played its first friendly match as part of preparations for the second half of the season. Armenia's national team forward Artur Serobyan made his debut for his new team.
The 21-year-old Armenian scored a goal and provided an assist as his team crushed "Milsami" with a score of 5-0.
