Armenian athletes win three medals at the 2025 World Grappling Championship

On October 16, the 2025 World Grappling Championship for adult men and women concluded in Novi Sad, Serbia. The Armenian national team participated in the tournament with five athletes and won three medals.
Razmik Misakyan (58 kg) earned a bronze medal in the GI (with kimono) discipline.
Rafael Kostanyan (62 kg) distinguished himself in two categories, winning silver in the GI discipline and bronze in No-Gi (without kimono).
Mayis Nersesyan (66 kg), Suren Khurdаyan (84 kg), and Lilit Danielyan (53 kg) did not win medals this time, but they represented Armenia with honor at the world championship.
