On June 18, the draw for the second qualifying round of the 2025/26 UEFA Europa Conference League took place in Nyon, Switzerland. Armenian clubs learned their potential opponents.
• Noah (if they lose to Budućnost in the Champions League first qualifying round) will face the loser of the KuPS (Finland) vs. Milsami (Moldova) tie. If they win in the Champions League, the Armenian club will play Ferencváros (Hungary).
• The winner of Urartu / Neman (Belarus) will play DAC Dunajská Streda (Slovakia). However, DAC’s participation in European competitions is uncertain. Both DAC and Győr (Hungary) are owned by businessman Oszkár Világi. Since both finished fourth in their domestic leagues, UEFA rules allow only one to participate. Given Hungary’s higher coefficient, Győr should be prioritized. If DAC is disqualified, Urartu will advance directly to the third round — no replacement will be provided.
• Ararat-Armenia will face Universitatea Cluj (Romania). The Romanian club returns to European competitions for the first time in over 50 years and was unseeded despite having a strong squad.
• The winner of Pyunik / Tre Fiori (San Marino) will meet Győr (Hungary), whose participation also depends on the ownership issue with DAC.
It’s worth noting that Noah will soon play a friendly match against Dunajská Streda during their training camp in Austria.
