Armenian wrestlers to compete at the Khadartsev Brothers Tournament in Vladikavkaz

From October 1 to 2, Vladikavkaz will host the international freestyle wrestling tournament “Khadartsev Brothers Cup – 2025.” Six Armenian freestyle wrestlers will take part in the competition. Athletes from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Moldova, Hungary, Georgia, Panama, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Austria, and Greece will compete.

Armenia’s lineup and their first opponents:

• 65 kg: Arman Musikyan (Armenia) – Aygun (Austria)

• 70 kg: Tigran Kazaryan (Armenia) – Zarylbekov (Kazakhstan)

• 74 kg: Narek Harutyunyan (Armenia) – Zakuev (Russia)

• 92 kg: Narek Ikilikyan (Armenia) – Sharipov (Bahrain)

• 97 kg: Gurgen Simonyan (Armenia) – Tavgazov (Russia)

• 125 kg: Henrik Aikyan (Armenia) – Pasenok (Russia)
