Armenian footballer Nicole Mikaelyan scores seven goals against Azerbaijan

Armenian footballer Nicole Mikaelyan was one of the standout performers in the Russia vs Azerbaijan match at the U15 Girls’ Development Cup in Kazakhstan.

The Spartak Moscow forward came on as a substitute after the break with Russia leading 4–0 and scored seven goals in the second half to complete a septuple hat-trick.

Mikaelyan found the net in the 47th, 59th, 74th, 76th, 84th, 87th and 90th minutes. She also provided two assists.

As a result, Mikaelyan recorded nine goal contributions in a single half — seven goals and two assists — playing a direct role in all nine of Russia’s goals after the break.

The match ended in a crushing 13–0 victory for Russia.

This was not Mikaelyan’s first productive performance of the tournament. Earlier, she also scored in the match against Belarus, which Russia won 5–1.

At club level, Nicole Mikaelyan plays for Spartak Moscow.
