19-year-old Swedish footballer of Armenian descent Roony Bardghji scored in his first match for Barcelona. He came on in the second half of a friendly match against Japanese club Vissel Kobe and netted the winning goal in the 77th minute from Robert Lewandowski's assist.
The match, which took place on July 27 in Kobe, Japan, ended with a 3-1 victory for the Catalans.
Bardghji joined Barcelona this summer from Copenhagen for €2 million. The footballer has Armenian roots on his father’s side.
