Armenia will be represented by two athletes at the U17 World Weightlifting Championships.
Harutyun Avetisyan will compete in the 79 kg weight category, while Alen Zurabyan will take part in the 94 kg category.
The tournament will be held in Cali, Colombia, from July 5 to 11. Armenia will not be represented in the women’s competition.
The U17 World Weightlifting Championships will be an important international event for the Armenian weightlifters and a chance to test themselves against the strongest athletes in their age group.
