Today, July 12, the Armenia men’s U16 basketball team will face Malta in the final of the 2026 FIBA U16 EuroBasket Division C. The decisive game will tip off at 20:30 Yerevan time.
Armenia and Malta have already met in the group stage of the tournament. The Armenian team won the high-scoring game 97–90.
In the semifinal, Armenia claimed a convincing 82–66 victory over Moldova. Malta reached the final after defeating Kosovo 113–110 in a dramatic contest.
