Professional freestyle wrestling league Real American Freestyle (RAF Wrestling) has released its first pound-for-pound rankings, recognizing the best athletes regardless of weight class. Two Armenian representatives, Arman Tsarukyan and Arsen Harutyunyan, have secured places in the top five of two separate lists.
The rankings, published as of October 19, 2026, are divided into two categories: professional freestyle wrestlers and athletes from other combat sports (crossover).
Arman Tsarukyan Ranks Third Among MMA Stars
UFC fighter Arman Tsarukyan has taken third place in the Men's Crossover Pound-for-Pound rankings, which feature prominent athletes, including stars competing in mixed martial arts.
Former UFC interim champion Colby Covington claimed the top spot, while former two-division UFC champion and Olympic freestyle wrestling gold medalist Henry Cejudo ranked second.
Tsarukyan finished ahead of well-known UFC fighters Khamzat Chimaev and Merab Dvalishvili, who placed fourth and fifth, respectively.
The top ten also includes Aaron Pico, Tyron Woodley, Michael Chandler, Lance Palmer, and Cayden Henschel.
Arsen Harutyunyan Ranks Fifth Among RAF's Best Wrestlers
Four-time European freestyle wrestling champion Arsen Harutyunyan has secured fifth place in the main Men's Pound-for-Pound rankings, which feature professional wrestlers regardless of weight class.
The rankings are led by American Olympic champion and multiple-time world champion Kyle Snyder. His fellow Americans Kyle Dake, David Carr, and Jason Nolf occupy the next three positions.
The Armenian wrestler is ranked ahead of notable competitors Akhmed Tazhudinov and Abdulrashid Sadulaev, who sit seventh and eighth, respectively.
In addition, Harutyunyan is the reigning RAF bantamweight champion, having won all three of his bouts to maintain an undefeated 3–0 record.
As a result, two Armenian athletes have secured top-five positions in RAF Wrestling's inaugural rankings, competing in different categories.
Arman Tsarukyan is scheduled to face Dillon Danis in his next RAF bout on October 23.
