Ararat-Armenia Secures a Narrow Victory Over Gandzasar

Ararat-Armenia earned an important win in the Armenian Premier League, defeating Gandzasar 1–0. The only goal of the match came in the 11th minute from Artur Serobyan, who continues to impress with his form after returning from Tiraspol’s Sheriff.

Thanks to this victory, Manuel Tulipa’s side climbed to second place in the league standings with 18 points. Alashkert leads with 19 points but has played one more game.

After the match, it was announced that five Ararat-Armenia players received call-ups to the Armenian national team for the upcoming matches against Hungary and Ireland: Artur Serobyan, Kamo Hovhannisyan, Edgar Grigoryan, Karen Muradyan, and Jirair Shaghoyan — all of whom started against Gandzasar.
