Alashkert Strengthens Squad with Two Young Foreigners

Yerevan-based Alashkert continues building a team with future prospects — the club has signed two 18-year-old footballers from Brazil and Nigeria.

Midfielder Rafael Jesus joined from Sport Recife U20. In the prestigious Copinha U20 youth tournament, he scored once in four matches and debuted for the senior team in the Campeonato Pernambucano, making two appearances.

Forward Ahmed Khalil Sammani previously trained at the Vista academy and has experience playing in the Nigerian league. Alashkert sees him as a promising attacking talent.

Earlier, the Yerevan club also signed Zambia international midfielder Joseph Sabobo, highlighting the team's strategy of renewal and internationalization.

Alashkert is actively preparing for the second half of the season, betting on young and ambitious players.
