Alashkert beat BKMA 3-0 to move top of the Premier League after Matchday 2

Alashkert secured their second consecutive 3-0 victory and moved to the top of the Premier League standings after Matchday 2.
This time, Vahe Gevorgyan’s side recorded a convincing win over BKMA. Olawale Farayola, Karen Nalbandyan and Hakob Hakobyan were on the scoresheet, while Edgar Piloyan provided two assists.
The opening goal came as early as the 3rd minute, when Farayola found the net following a pass from Piloyan. Twelve minutes later, Nalbandyan doubled Alashkert’s advantage with a direct free kick. It was his second goal of the season.
Defender Hakob Hakobyan completed the scoring with a long-range strike. It was Hakobyan’s first goal for his new club.
Alashkert have therefore won both of their opening matches by the same 3-0 scoreline and sit top of the Premier League table after two rounds.
