Armenia women's national team lost to Luxembourg in the UEFA Nations League

The Armenia women’s national football team suffered a defeat in the penultimate round of the UEFA Nations League. In an away match against Luxembourg, Samvel Babayan’s side lost 0–2.
Both of the hosts’ goals came in the first half: Thomson opened the scoring in the 19th minute, and Magalhães doubled Luxembourg’s lead in the 33rd.
In the other group match, Kazakhstan confidently beat Liechtenstein 4–0.
In the final round, the Armenian team will play away against Liechtenstein on June 3.
