Young Armenian Wrestlers Win 10 Medals at Georg Lurich Tournament

From October 17 to 19, the international Greco-Roman wrestling tournament named after Georg Lurich was held in Rakvere, Estonia, among boys under 13, under 15, and under 17.
Athletes from 23 countries took part in the competition, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and the USA.
Armenian wrestlers competed in all three age categories and won a total of 10 medals — 2 gold, 2 silver, and 6 bronze. Notably, some athletes participated in two age groups. For example, Narek Alekyan won silver in the U15 category, losing to his compatriot Vardan Sahakyan, and then became the U17 champion.
