In the final match, Alexander Petrosyan’s team narrowly lost to the hosts, Cyprus, with a score of 0–1. The only goal of the game was scored by Christodoulos Marneros in the 6th minute.

The Armenian team played three matches but, unfortunately, failed to earn any points, finishing last in Group 11.

Armenia U17 match results:

  • Armenia — Northern Ireland 1:2

  • Armenia — Finland 0:2

  • Armenia — Cyprus 0:1

Thus, the Armenia U17 team concludes the tournament without a victory and will continue its journey in League B of the next qualification cycle. Teams finishing in third and fourth places in their groups move to this league. Finland will also join Armenia there.
