Bright victories and new champions: results of ACA 197 in Moscow

On December 5 in Moscow, the ACA 197 mixed martial arts event took place, remembered for its spectacular victories and high-profile rematches. Two Armenian fighters from the “Lion Heart” club delivered strong performances, extending their winning streaks.

Aren Akopyan confidently avenged his previous loss to Imran Bukuev, winning by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27). This became his seventh consecutive victory, strengthening his status as one of the most promising fighters in the division.

His teammate Hayk Kazaryan was no less impressive, earning his third straight win by outpointing Vazha Tsiptauri via judges’ decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28).
