All-Russian Kudo Tournament for Edgar Kolyan’s Prizes Held in Ivanovo

On September 21, an all-Russian kudo tournament for the prizes of two-time world champion Edgar Kolyan was held in Ivanovo. More than 300 participants from different regions of the country gathered in the sports palace.

The tournament has been held annually since 2013 and traditionally attracts a large number of fans of this martial art.

Edgar Kolyan entered the history of kudo as the youngest world champion — he won his first title at the age of 19, and this record remains unbeaten to this day. Over the years, he has become the most decorated kudo athlete in the world.
