In November, former Armenia national team captain Varazdat Haroyan left the Hungarian club Kazincbarcika by mutual consent. The 33-year-old defender decided to end his cooperation with the team due to personal reasons.
During the winter transfer window, Haroyan considered options to continue his career abroad. According to Sportaran, the player had offers from clubs in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan but turned them down.
Until summer, the footballer will maintain his fitness by training individually. It is expected that in the next transfer window Haroyan will sign a contract with a new club.
It is worth noting that the defender joined Kazincbarcika in the summer of 2025. During this time, he made 9 appearances in the Hungarian league and scored one goal.
