Kazakhstan head coach John van 't Schip could leave his position just four matches after taking charge of the national team.
According to Vesti.kz, the Kazakhstan Football Federation has already begun searching for a possible replacement for the Dutch specialist. The federation's leadership is reportedly dissatisfied not only with the team's results but, above all, with the quality and style of its performances.
Under Van 't Schip, Kazakhstan have played four matches in the 2026/27 UEFA Nations League and are yet to record a victory.
Kazakhstan suffered 2-1 defeats to Slovakia and Moldova, while their two matches against the Faroe Islands ended in draws — 2-2 and 1-1. As a result, the team have collected just two points from four matches.
According to the source, the Kazakhstan Football Federation may once again prioritize a foreign coach when choosing Van 't Schip's potential successor.
Notably, Van 't Schip has already found himself in a similar situation with the Armenia national team. The Dutch coach previously managed Armenia but was also dismissed after just four matches in charge.
