Vahan Bichakhchyan Features in the Opening Match of the Polish Ekstraklasa Season

Armenia international midfielder Vahan Bichakhchyan took part in the opening round of the new Polish Ekstraklasa season.
Legia Warsaw secured a 1–0 away victory over Pogoń. The only goal of the match was scored by visiting defender Zoran Arsenic in the sixth minute of stoppage time.
Bichakhchyan, who represented Pogoń before joining Legia, came on in the 81st minute against his former club. During his time on the pitch, the Armenian midfielder registered one shot and one key pass. Statistical platform SofaScore gave him a rating of 6.5.
Reports this summer suggested that Legia were considering selling the Armenia international. However, the Warsaw club did not find a potential buyer, and Bichakhchyan continues to represent the team.
