Russia to Host Screenings of “The Other Side of the Medal” — a Film About Champion Nazik Avdalyan

This May, several Russian cities will host screenings of the documentary film “The Other Side of the Medal”, which tells the story of renowned Armenian weightlifter Nazik Avdalyan — World Champion and two-time European Champion.
The film was directed by Anna Maxim in 2024, with the support of the FastSports TV channel and the Government of the Republic of Armenia. It offers an inspiring look at the athlete’s journey — her triumphs on the global stage and the challenges she faced along the way.
The screenings, held in Armenian, will take place on the following dates:
