Shamo Boxing event held in Moscow: three Armenian athletes claim victories

On November 15, at the “Krylya Sovetov” sports palace in Moscow, the Shamo Boxing event took place, marked by successful performances from three Armenian boxers — all of whom secured convincing wins.
22-year-old Robert Badalyan (4-0) extended his winning streak by defeating Namibian boxer Thomas Ishidhimbwa (2-1-1). The fight went the full distance — 6 rounds — after which the judges unanimously awarded Badalyan the victory.
Rafael Simonyan (11-1-1) made an impressive return to the ring after a three-year break. He claimed a technical knockout in the 2nd round against Karen Avetisyan (9-48-4), demonstrating strong form and an aggressive style.
Ring veteran, 45-year-old Artur Ter-Israelyan (10-0), also finished his bout early. He defeated 43-year-old Dmitriy Ivanov (11-4-1) by technical knockout in the 2nd round, preserving his flawless record.
