International Wrestling Tournament to Be Held in Yerevan Ahead of U23 World Championship

On September 4–5, the Dynamo Sports Complex will host the Arsen Kotikyan International Greco-Roman Wrestling Tournament for athletes under 23.

Young wrestlers from Armenia, Georgia, Iran, Qatar, and Belarus will take part in the competition. The tournament will serve as an important stage in the preparation and selection process for Armenia’s national team ahead of the U23 World Championship, scheduled for October 20–27 in Novi Sad, Serbia.

The traditional tournament in memory of renowned coach and athlete Arsen Kotikyan has already established itself as a significant platform for identifying talented wrestlers and strengthening international sporting ties.
