The IMMAF European MMA Championship 2025 for athletes under 17 took place in Belgrade. Four athletes represented Armenia in the tournament, with one of them winning a bronze medal.

Albert Harutyunyan won a bronze medal for Armenia in the 77 kg weight category.

Results of Armenian athletes at the IMMAF European MMA Championship 2025 (U17):

  • Bronze medalist — Albert Harutyunyan (77 kg) – won three fights in the group stage against opponents from Finland, Slovakia, and Ukraine but lost to another Ukrainian in the semifinals.
  • Armen Kostanyan (77 kg) – won two fights in the group stage against a Romanian and a Swiss opponent but lost to a Ukrainian and finished second in the group.
  • Zhora Muradyan (56 kg) – finished second in the group. He defeated an English and a Lithuanian fighter but lost to an Italian.
  • Araik Kostanyan (65 kg) – finished third in the group. He defeated a Swiss opponent but lost to an Italian and an English fighter.

On February 19, the tournament for juniors and adults will begin. Three Armenian athletes will compete in the national team. Previously, Armenian athletes won nine medals in the competitions for ages 15, 13, and 11.
